Terms of Use

The app is free; Pro is optional

The app costs nothing and stays useful without paying. Nudge Monster Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks Monster mode on unlimited reminders, several countdowns at once, gift reminders, sync across your devices, and history and export.

Subscriptions

• Pro is offered monthly, yearly, or as a one-off lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown when you subscribed.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What the app is not

Nudge Monster is a reminder app, not a safety-critical system. Notifications depend on iOS, on your device being on and set up to receive them, and on settings outside our control. Please do not rely on it alone for anything where a missed reminder would be dangerous — medication, medical appointments, or legal deadlines. Use it for the birthdays and the bins.

Your content

Your reminders are yours. We claim no rights over them and, as set out in the Privacy Policy, we cannot read them.

Fair use

Please do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the reminder service, or use the app to send unwanted notifications to other people. Shared reminder links are for people who want them.

Availability

We would like the app and its service to work all the time, but neither is guaranteed. The app is provided as-is, without warranty, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous twelve months.

Apple's standard terms also apply

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two disagree, Apple's terms win.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the app means accepting the new version.
